Hi,

I am a very, very unsatisfied Starhub customer. I emailed just 2 weeks before about my Blackberry Bold 9000 White being faulty and Starhub's inefficiency to solve the problem.
I am glad to say Starhub has replied me promptly and got me a satisfactory answer, which is an immediate replacement of my handphone, within 3 - 5 days of my email and I got my mobile on 19/11/2010.

However, just 2 days after I got my replacement handset, my blackberry battery just died on me. I was the original battery I got with my phone and it couldn't be detected and I know this for sure as I tested my battery on my friend's blackberry and vice versa. Again, it has left me crippled without a phone.

I called Starhub to check if the warranty covers battery and your staff told me it's under warranty for a year and all I have to do is go down to Starhub for a replacement too. Therefore, I went down to Starhub Plaza Singapura today to get it changed and your staff at the counter told me my warranty doesn't cover battery? So now my question is this - Does my blackberry warranty cover battery and if it doesn't, it is absolutely ridiculous and why did one of your staff tell me it did in the first place and sent me down to Starhub for nothing? I am a very busy person and my time is very precious. I hope to get a satisfactory explanation about this.

Also, your staff at the counter was very rude in serving customers. She told me to read the warranty before coming and couldn't give me a satisfactory answer to my questions. I hope this matter will get looked into ASAP.

Again, like I mentioned before, I have been a customer of Starhub for more than 7 years now and I am thoroughly disappointed and upset about the service I am getting from Starhub. I would very much like to get an explanation and a replacement battery from Starhub ASAP.

Hi,

I am a very unsatisfied Starhub customer. I called 3 weeks ago to ask about my Blackberry Bold 9000 White because it suddenly died and couldn't turn on anymore. When I went down to the Starhub outlet at PS, they told me I had to wait for a replacement handset which will come in around 3 weeks time which, is now. I called around 2 days ago and I've been informed that Starhub still has no stock and in addition, Starhub has no clue as to when the new stocks are coming in.

This new piece of information really got me riled up. Let me ask you this, if this is the case, why didn't Starhub tell me in the first place when I first came down to Starhub on the 19th of Oct 2010 that Starhub has no idea when the new stock are coming in and from there, tell me what is Starhub's plan to help me with my situation, instead of promising me a new handset within 3 weeks time?

Also, since Starhub has no idea when the new stock is coming in, how long are you expecting me to wait and when are you ever going to inform me about this? Does this mean that if I never called to ask, no one would have called and inform me? I demand a full explanation in addition to what Starhub is planning to do about my case next.

Finally, I am refusing to pay for my blackberry data plan in light of this situation. I was willing to overlook the one month of paying but not using since it's only one month. But now that it is for an indefinite amount of time, I expect Starhub to have the decency to contact me about this before I continue paying for a service I am not using BECAUSE of Starhub's inefficiency.

Also, I am a busy person and I can't be on my phone 24/7 so I expect Starhub to have the decency to keep calling until you reach me. I refuse to have to call back like I did the last time and have to go through the whole process of waiting again.

I have been a customer of Starhub for more than 7 years now and Starhub has never once failed me like you did now. I am throughly disappointed and upset about the service I am getting from Starhub and would like an explanation ASAP. The amount of time I have to wait now is getting absurd.

just when you thought my blog's dead, you thought WRONG. HA. hahah. okay, i am insane.

4 months hiatus. if it were me then, i would have told you that 4 months is nothing. i mean, what can happen in such a short span of time that can be life changing? i thought these 4 months would be as boring as the previous 3217645194364 4 months i had in my life. boy was i wrong.

as it turns out, 4 moths CAN change your life. it can change your life in so many ways that you just might explode from all the changes. so here's what happened in the 4 months that i have been missing.

May (since the last time i blogged anyway) - celebrated my birthday (thanks my lovelies who made my day so special) & my daddy's 62nd. BEGINNING OF SUMMER HOLS.

June - went to JB with babi eng and family, installed cable and basically slacked my days at home.

July - Batam trip (ha!), short lived stint at Ochre, daddy passing away just 2 days before mummy's 60th )': (thanks my lovelies again for coming to the wake & supporting me through everything), JAY CHOU CONCERT (i swear it was the only thing that made me truly happy for a very long time, so no, my admiration for jay chou and his music is not absurd at all) & babi eng's birthday. :)

August - YOG for the whole fucking month but it was one of the best months of my short 21 years of life. thanks to all those who touched me one way or another during this experience. i had fun and am glad to be a part of it. it opened my eyes to a whole new world and i really learned a lot on the job. not to mention the awesome friends i made. so sincerely from the bottom of my heart, thank you. :)

September - SCHOOL REOPENS [back with my loves from chapman. school would be unbearable without them. you guys have no idea how much i appreciate you guys being in my life. you guys are with me through thick and thin and never judging so i love you guys so VERY VERY VERY much. :)], work at wheelock (thank god that's over!) & the stupid time out with babi eng which is still in progress btw. *kicks*

so yes. 4 months can really be a life changing experience. within the span of 4 months, one can lose a parent, get to know awesome international friends then having to see them leave & be temporarily single.

what an amazing life huh?

hello! midterm was today! sibeh awesome. i only manage to study the night before so i had to cram the 46325427651 pages of notes into my small little brain within the night. YAY! how fun was that?! T.T there was just TOO many things to cover, i was still awake at 5am this morning. coolios! then i couldn't take it anymore and went to sleep for like 2 hours and got up at 7am to FUCKING STUDY AGAIN. FUCK THIS SHIT! RAHHHH! the best part is i had 2 papers today and i only manage to KIND OF finish studying for one. I totally had no time for the 2nd paper. weee! awesome right? so in the end i went for the 2nd paper totally unprepared! woo! most awesome is me! haha! but luckily i is a mass comm + lit student. my most powderful skill is to smoke and therefore i think i manage to smoke my way through with a tad bit of common sense. hurhurhur. YES I AM VERY PROUD OF MY SMOKING SKILLS. hehehe! one last paper coming next wed! I CAN DO THIS! woo!

the ONLY highlight of my fucking long, tiring, brain-sucking night last night was when me n kenneth went for midnight snacks at like 1 plus in the morning. what's the first impression this photo gives to you? friendship or love?

to me, friendship. i strongly believe in pure platonic relationships between the opposite sex. to even think that someone might disagree is purely illogical to me. why can't a guy and a girl have a normal platonic relationship with no strings attached? can you honestly tell me that you DO NOT have any good/close friend from the opposite sex that you share a purely platonic relationship with? if so, all i can say is:

a) you are living under a stone,

c) you're an uptight narcissist prick, which is really retarded.

all that crap about ulterior motive is bull please. i have good purely platonic relationship with not one, but a few of my guy friends. for example:

1. ming liang and osborne

not the best and most recent photo of us but! we have been good friends since secondary school and that has been... what 7 years now? our platonic has ALWAYS been platonic and close. granted not as close as before but still. i know they'll always be there for me when i need them and vice versa.

ml (who stays in tpy) used to accompany me for late night walks in the past when i'm feeling down and we'll (inclusive of borne) always accompany each other to go out or whatever. and just last saturday borne stayed over at my house because we hung out till like 1 plus in the morning and he had no transport home. he slept on my bed and i went to my parents room. my friendship with them is close and purely platonic. so where's the problem with that?

2. yisong

not a recent photo but also, not the point. yisong has been my good friend since poly which means we've been friends for 3 years now and we share a good/close relationship too. okay granted he's half girl but still. haha. yisong has been a good confidante throughout this whole time and he never fails to cheer me up when i'm down partly cause he's just irritating. haha.

and yes we do meet up from time to time to go eat and/or shopping. YES SHOPPING. you didn't see wrongly. yisong likes to shop too. haha! told you he's half girl. and he's the kind of guy who won't complain if you wanna shop and you bring him along. he'll even give good constructive comments on your buy. i'll always mms him if i can't decide whether to buy something or not and he'll always reply. GOLD STAR FOR YOU YISONG! =D hahaha! we'll meet up to cheer each other up if we're feeling sucky and stuff so yeah, nothing wrong there too. i'll be there for him and he'll be there for me. platonic and good.

and yes i know you said no more posting of your photos but this one was already up and people already saw this! i promised no more after this and i never upload in facebook! so anywayyy, egghead here is from chapman and even though school has started for 8 weeks now, technically i only really got to know like 2 weeks ago? HAHA! eh, not my fault okay. we're in different classes and when we have common lectures, we don't sit anywhere near each other and therefore rarely have the opportunity to talk. and also the fact where you know, i'm a really shy person and rarely talk in class. HAHAHAHA! you know it's true! hurhurhur.

but yes, our friendship started the night when i found out we live like 2 blocks away from each other. hallelujah! finally a person i can torture without walking too far! HAHA! but yes, even though we've only really got to know each other for 2 weeks, it feels like we've been friends since forever. he's so irritating it feels like i'm talking to myself sometimes. and i swear some things he say is exactly what i would say. serious. and i think time in a situation like this is irrelevant. obviously with a longer time comes a better understanding and deeper friendship blah blah, but every friendship always has its start right? if you click, you just click. no explanation really. we've been going to school and coming back from school together if possible because honestly, i think the problem with living so close and going to the same place at the same time is that if you don't go together, you're bound to see each other along the way or whatever and it'll be really awkward then wouldn't it?

but yes, ever since i knew him, he's been a really poor thing cause yes I ADMIT I AM BHB and i like to ask him for favours like borrowing his mahjong set, going to mac for late night cravings and driving me around. haha. i'd bet he's wishing right about now that he isn't my neighbour. haha! BUT YOU KNOW I WILL DO THE SAME IF YOU ASK ME LO. haha! but yes, he's been a great, no, awesome friend to me seeing that he can take all my ridiculous favours and incessant rantings. the fact that he can stand me for who i really am is already very amazing. hahaha. i'm glad that i have you as a confidante and bitching partner in chapman. really. i'm guessing the mass comm part in both of us helps too. hahaha.

so therefore, my conclusion is it is absolutely possible to have purely platonic relationship with the opposite sex and have a great time together. okay, i think the fact that ALL of them look at me as a guy helps but still. haha.

of course, if you're attached at least let your partner know of this person's existence to avoid conflicts. if you're partner is understanding enough like mine =D, he wouldn't mind even if you go out with them alone. just be honest. another reason why i love my baby! hurhur.

okay, on a totally different note, i believe everything in life is fated. if not why deja vu? you know how sometimes in life you dream about something but you don't remember ever dreaming about it till it comes true in real life? yeah. predestined baby. oh btw, i've had deja vus with all 4 guys mentioned above. interesting no?
